The Cleveland Cavaliers have made the first of what could be many moves this off-season. The Cleveland Plain Dealer’s Brian Windhorst is reporting that the Cavaliers and Minnesota Timberwolves have agreed on a deal that will send Delonte West and Sebastian Telfair to Minnesota for Ramon Sessions, Ryan Hollins, and a 2013 second round draft pick
