Free agent guard Delonte West (notes) may soon find himself with his fifth team since joining the NBA in 2004. West was acquired by the Minnesota Timberwolves this summer from the Cleveland Cavaliers and recently released. NBA.com is reporting that three teams are interested in West, who averaged 8.8 points, 2.8 rebound, and 3.3 assists for the Cavs last season.

Cleveland Cavaliers guard Delonte West pleaded guilty Thursday to two weapons charges and was sentenced by a Prince George’s County judge to eight months of home detention, two months of probation and 40 hours of community service.
